I placed an order with this company on 12/20/2025 and on 1/18/2026 contacted this company asking where my blanket was and they said it was delivered, but couldn’t provide any proof it was delivered. I checked with neighbors and post office and no one received my item. I’ve been messaging them for over 8 months now getting the run around and now the company tells me they can no longer do anything since I bought the blanket in 2025. I am livid and will never use this company again. There is no phone number on their website to speak with anyone only a form to fill out for someone to reach back out to you. So if you do have a problem they just blow you off and then tell you it’s past your window of time.
