Fake business. Ordered furniture online and then received no further contact from the business regarding my order. Phone number goes to busy signal. No response to email or texting.

The headboard that the customer ordered was on back-order and the customer decided to cancel.

Our customer support team was unable to get in contact with this customer and yes our phones were busy.. We have since added live chat!

TLF has refunded the customer in full.

Please see attached proof that the customer did in fact receive their entire money back!
