I ordered a personalized car seat muslin cover for my grandchild's car seat. It has been 6 weeks and the item has not been received. I have emailed the company several times and receive no answer. The cost was $36.00, which I paid via credit card. I did not realize the company was in China until after I order the product. I can't track the product and there is no phone number to call. With them not responding to my emails I can only assume my order will not come and I am out my money. Don't order from The Joy Deal.....
