Money taken but never received order

Ordered a Michigan Aidan Hutchinson jersey. My husband is and always will be a HUGE Michigan Wolverine’s fan for Christmas. Was provided and order number and fake tracking number. Money was taken but product never received and no replies to my inquiries about my order!

Do not order from them. The jerseys are knockoffs from China. Placed order December 10th and tracking wasn’t available until after January 1st. Moved through CA port.

The product itself is trash. Poor quality shirt with uneven letters and numbers.

A tracking number was sent to me, but it appears to be fake... as the USPS page is reporting that they're still waiting to receive the physical package.

Called USPS. They only have record of the package

I’ve sent Jersey Plug 7 emails and also contacted them once through their website. I have received zero communication from them. I ordered 2 jerseys at $115/ea. I ordered one on 12/16 and the other on 12/18. I haven’t received either of them and the tracking says they never made it to the post office. I filed a dispute with PayPal hoping to get a refund.

Placed an order on 11/30/20 for a jersey. Jerseyplugshop says it was shipped. The shipper says it was never received. No phone number to contact company.

We ordered 2 shirts on Nov 10 received one shirt on Dec 2 2020. Inquired about the other shirt have never got an answer back. All we would like is our other shirt. Having no way to get a hold of them really is a problem. we are going to contact the BBB and the Attn. Generals office for assistance. We paid 164.00 for the 2 Ohio state jerseys with Justin Fields name on it

www.jerseyplugshop.com has its own website and appears to make jerseys and athletic apparel you can order. I ordered and paid by CC a jersey on MAY 1 and the jersey never came. I contacted the company several times via email and got no response .
