This company is a scam - pose as US located with nice clothing and shoes advertised but it is far poorer quality than SHEIN or Temu. They do not allow returns- they say they do and that they are free and hassle free but they just email back and forth 10+ times and then send emails like “your items are on their way” even though you’ve been trying to return them for days. Then they offer return but it’s to UK address that probably doesn’t even exist for $60 to $100 they are big time scammers

I ordered a dress online a month ago. It took a month. After ordering I read the reviews and knew I had been scammed. The horrible, ugly cheaply dress arrived two sizes too big even though it was a large. If I wanted to look like a clown the dress was perfect. No luck returning it. I’m working with my bank to reverse the charges. Never order from this scam company. Alexandra Ross

Deceptive storefront actually shipping inferior goods from China. Items not as advertised. No one will help with return you simply go in a loop of bad customer service.

Company presents itself as a small boutique in Nashville, TN, with a hassle-free return policy. When actually appears to be a front for an international company selling inferior products and an unwillingness to accept returns.

I purchased three pairs of shoes from The Hills Nashville that were all the wrong size and very poor quality. I notified customer service of the issue and asked for a refund. Per their refund policy, return cases like mine are "hassle-free" but that has not been the case. Their reps have given me the run-around and eventually only offered me 30% refund in exchange for keeping the shoes (which I cannot wear or do anything with). Further, the return address is in the UK and not within the USA, even though their company address is in Delaware. International shipping costs far exceed the original cost of the product, so there is no real redeeming value in the refund policy/promise.

This store is advertising itself as a small boutique in Nashville, Tennessee. However, I believe due to long shipping time and the carrier used that this company is based either in China and India and is selling low quality products at high prices, with promises of returns and refunds available. However, I’ve exchanged three emails with them attempting to take advantage of their refund policy and they are not honoring that policy, suggesting that they could send me a 15% credit after this third email exchange. I have since googled them and found several other complaints regarding this same issue. The products are not as pictured, I don’t even believe what they are claiming to be leather is leather. It’s plastic. They continue to ask for photo proof that the items are defective. It’s a stalling tactic.
