I ordered a free Catholic rosary from The Grace Chapel as long as I paid for shipping which included a donation. I paid $24.50. I contacted them three times to complain and even asked if they couldn't refund shipping to send another rosary. The respondent said they would forward the email up the ladder. No response so far.
