ordered two cockatiels last january. been "in process" for almost a year now. do not get a human. refused $475 refund. beware, this is a scam website

Ordered 4 birds LAST AUGUST. Over a year later, no one will answer any of the inquiries and there is no number to talk to a real person. I will have to file charges against this business to get anything done at this point. $464 and no birds.

They will not respond to any emails or inquiries online. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this group!

I ordered a budgie 2 months ago from their website and it had an ETA of 2-4 weeks. My order still shows “in process” as it has since the day I ordered it. I was charged $117.18 including shipping costs. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times by email and phone for an update and received automated replies and have still received no update or my order. Buyers beware of this scam and do not purchase from this “company”. I don’t believe that I will receive my bird or a refund from this “business”.

Ordered from this company at the start of the year and shipping was estimated to be 12 weeks. 5 months passed and order never was shipped and nobody will respond to emails asking for help. No way to get money back and doesn’t look like I will receive my order either. Don’t buy from here.
