Purchased a”Keychain” on 6/28/2026. Order #TFG103520. As of 7/23/2026, I still have not received the item. Contacted them via e-mail on 7/7/2026 & 7/15/2026 asking what the status was. Also, requested my money be returned. As of today, 7/23/2026 neither has been done.
