Not responding to refund request

Received my jacket with an upside down neck tag. E-mailed them to request a refund and received no response. Commented on their instagram page about it, and they blocked me loool. Sent them another email just asking for a return label and lets see how it goes. So close to spamming their page with bots that warn people not to buy from them.

I didn’t get scammed but i think i almost did, requested a refund before the item got shipped after being suspicious about the amount of jacket they have in stock, given that the brown puffer jacket (then one I originally paid for) is a super popular item. Now i am not sure is it really fake as I didn’t get to receive the actual product, with if you look at their videos and even some product pictures/demo, they are all Chinese men and videos taken in China, which is weird as they didn’t seem to advertise themselves as a Chinese base shop

They're buying fake jackets from China and reselling them for double the profit. The quality is atrocious and you'd be better off getting the real deal from North Face official store

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

They are selling counterfeit The North Face jackets by marketing them on their Instagram Account (@thedogfaceworldwide) and selling through their website thedogsface.com

I received the jacket but it is a fake - quite a convincing one until you find out it is not warm because it is not down-filled. The errors in the fine details, like the tag and hologram, are what give it away.

Please don't fall victim to this "business" like I did.
