Report

As a delivery company subcontracted by Estes, they demanded I pay them to rent a forklift, trailer and other costs to deliver a Lowes order for which shipping and delivery had already been paid. Lowes tried to engage them in a 3-way call to explain delivery costs had already been paid and to find out why they had taken a delivery order if they had no equipment to deliver. They refused and while Lowes was trying to find an alternative, they shipped the order back out of spite.
