Used Google to find companies to buy houses as is, for cash. Used The Dash, LLC website to request info on buying as is houses. I was contacted by SETH, owner of The Vancour Group, and Dash LLC. Seth came to look at my house and asked questions on price to purchase. I gave him an amount and he quickly agreed. We shook hands and he said a contract will be emailed to me for my attorney to review. I never heard from Seth and am very afraid he will try to use a quit claim deed to steal my house; or some other nefarious idea to take my property.
