They start off sounding good, but give no results or proof other then a letter to credit bureaus that is reportedly says it is coming from you. Not a credit repair company serving you! They want money with no results or proof and their FICO scores are false from what the credit bureau Transunion has! Also it is only two people talking all the customer service calls whether calling in or out. I have never dealt with a company that has a big reputation supposedly that has just two people; a foreign man and women taking the calls. They also have a third party company that give a line of credit and it's the same two people that I talk to for that company as well. They try to get u to purchase alot of things and over talk you when u ask to many questions! I have stopped service with this credit repair company... They never sent me a confirmation email of my cancellation, and sent me a notice from the credit trade line company NCD stating they wanted more personal information that I had to give to use their service initially! When I call to inquire they always have to have the person call me back instead of transferring me. My daughter is cancelling them as well, she tried to make a monthly payment and was using a family member to pay for bill and they wanted the family members social security number and all kinds of other information! Do not use this company, I fear they are just trying to get all ur bank statements and personal information for their personal use! When they took my first monthly payment out it wasnt even spelled correctly as their company name!

For nearly 3 months I have received calls and voice mails containing the same recording every time of a man claiming to be Damon from the credit pros returning the "call I made yesterday." I have never called or contacted any such company in any way. I have asked to be removed from their call list multiple times. I no longer answer, but then they just fill up my voicemail with the same recording over and over again. When I try to call back, the number is usually not a working number.
