Started in Sep 2025, was having problems with my computer and somehow (not sure how), I got Code Yogi remote support to fix my computer/Norton via remote access. They charged me $599 and gave me 5 years of Norton (supposedly) and fixed my computer. A year later 2026 started having problems with my computer again and they fixed it, reupped Norton (they said I had a incompatible verison with Microsoft...it was for Microsoft 2008 and I have 2011) and installed Malwarebytes and told me they had to charge me $1,499 for six years of Norton and whatever the cost was for the Norton updated product. I did voice my concerns because I didn't understand why the version was wrong when I had 2011 Microsoft last year. I beyond embarassed I was scammed.
