I was scrolling through Facebook and I get targeted ads all the time and I have used some of them before. I research the website before I order. This particular one was built out and seemed fine. I ordered some clothing and it was really cheap as some clothing is. Then they sent me emails saying it was shipped. This was done in December and I never received the items. So I reached out to follow up and they said it had gotten lost so they would send me the same package with an extra gift in it as a we’re sorry for the inconvenience. So fast forward another month and still nothing. They gave me tracking numbers and everything. It does look like it was coming from China… it said it was delivered again and still I have not received anything. This is frustrating and there’s no accountability for these people they think they can just send an email and say oops sorry we don’t know why it wasn’t received.
