I ordered a jacket and paid more than $61 for it, and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo and such poor quality I immediately packed it up and told them I wanted to return it. They went through three or four different scenarios trying to get me to keep the item and settle for a store credit or a small dollar amount. When I said I wanted to return it and get a full refund they finally said I could return it at my own expense, but I'm reading now that I would have to return it to China!

I'm usually more careful with purchases, especially with Facebook, but I read "Clarke Family USA" and fell for their story. I guess I'll lose no matter what I do now, but if I can save someone else from going through this, it'll be worth it.

I ordered a dress online for $49.95. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website and the material was terrible. I have been emailing back and forth since August 11 to get a refund. They offer different amounts of store credit but I keep saying I want my money refunded. On August 24 they say returns are at own expense and the warehouse is in China (even though my package came from Jamaica, NY. They offer me a percentage of my cost, but first take $15 off for shipping. So on September 1 they say the refund will be $14.99 and may take up to 10days to appear in my account. I keep emailing them that I have not received this credit.

I ordered 2 dresses from The Clarke Family. I received both dresses but they were nothing resembling what I ordered! They are made of cheap, flimsy knit fabric that resembles nightgown fabric. I have formally disputed the charges with my bank. They have given me a pending provisional credit while they investigate the charge.
