Purchased a bottle warmer from the Baby Brew on Dec 14th 2024. The purchase came with a note that said it was a pre order item that should ship on Dec 29th 2024. On January 8th, I sitll did not receive a shipping confirmation so I went ahead and contacted the Baby Brew's support email. I received an automated email saying they are out of the office. It is now Jan 27th and I still have not heard back from The Baby Brew. I went ahead and sent a total of 7 emails requesting for assistance on my order. Every email was responded with the same automatic email that they are out of the office. At this point I figure they have scammed a lot of people out of a bottle warmer and need to be held accountable.
