That Girl Concept is a popular Instagram account that features makeovers of celebrities. They sell facial and color analysis and I paid for both, losing $125. Right after placing the order, I received a message that my order would be delayed. When I followed up, they said they forgot to send it and sent a few pages of AI generated content that was not specific to my face or type.
