David Thomas, or David M. Thomas, or David Thomas III lives in Arlington, Massachusetts and is very well known in the Massachusetts Civil Court System. If you search the Massachusetts Court Docket online System you will see his latest scam of an older Cambridge woman that has a $95,000.00 judgement against him. He took her AirBnB apartment, wrote a check on a closed account, and moved into it living rent free for years.
David Thomas does this through one of his scam companies T.H. King LLC registered in Delaware.
He’s a lighter skinned African American looking man, somewhere in age in his mid to late fifties, soft spoken, and is currently opening a gym / fitness center near Harvard Square Cambridge, MA.
Total lying [censored]. BEWARE!
