Type of a scam: Government Agency Imposter

I originally started getting calls from this number that I ignored but answered by mistake one day. The caller said they were working with my local county courthouse to seve me with papers for non compliance. Oddly enough I was involved in court proceedings at that time last year and I listened. All the information they had was incorrect so I hung up and contacted my local police department and the county courthouse. There was nothing being shown for me and they said to disregard the calls. Now that number has begun texting me with the same information. They're working with my local county courthouse to serve me with papers for non compliance and that I can be arrested at my residence of place of employment if I refuse to comply. There's even a fake case number and a number to call. When I called the number it's the same individual calling me with a heavy accent and giving a fake name of Adrian Paulson?

BEWARE OF 'CASE STATUS: NON-COMPLIANT' text messages SCAMMERS!

I received a text very similar to what was reported previously above: Message sender# 339-233-0327 stated: "Documents mailed to (CHILD'S NAME), Please Sign and return by October 23rd Call is NOT required. Case # 2021-2208 Case status: Non-compliant.866-202-0100 . Neither number are legitimate!

Scammer texts from a random phone number with an "ID Notice #" saying "last notice" has been mailed and [family member] is noted as non-compliant. Scammer then sends follow up texts saying a complaint has been filed and mailed for [family member].
