I live in Texas and have an account with NTTA for a toll tag in my car. Since the website listed in the text message was unfamiliar to me, I when to my email and found my account verification email from NTTA, then went to the NTTA website to see I still have a positive pre-paid balance. At that point, I realized this must be a scam so I copied the text from the SMS message and googled it. That's when I found this posting which confirmed it was a scam. I did not click on the website in the text message and did not respond to it either. I have blocked the number and reported it as spam to via android messages.
