and I did not need to pay for overnight shipping. I also ordered and paid for the 12 millipedes through the text. They stated order would go out the following Monday or Tuesday. It shipped on Wed after I text and asked for tracking. I received one millipede on Saturday. I called and asked for a refund. I was told they would take care of it. I tried to call again and they hung up on me. I waited 5 business days. No refund. I emailed and was told per policy because I did not pay for overnight shipping and because order was outside website no refund was due. I requested refund a third time by email and they refused.So entering the chat and texting was a big error on my part.
