This was an absolute scam. Saw it on Pinterest, thought they were lovely lamps so I ordered 2. I was checking the tracker, which was from hong kong by the way, everyday for 3 weeks for it to say that it was delivered. My package never arrived! Tried contacting them via email since that was the only thing on the website, but I kept getting an email back saying the email address wasn't real. Im super upset!

I placed an order for three items on November 22, 2024. I never received an order acknowledgement. I was busy with the holidays then by December, I realized that I never received my order and contacted the via email. There was no available phone number to contact them. I let them know that I never received a confirmation email nor any product. They reponded with a typed tracking number. I even screenshot a copy of my order with the order number. They told me to use the tracking number to see if it is being held at my local post office and request a certificate of loss. The USPS let me know that no such tracking number is in their system, so no certificate of loss could be issued. After letting Terrinie know, they told me that a full refund is no possible without proof of the lost package. Then they offer me a 10% refund and asked, what do I think about that? At this point, they don't want to know what I think. This company came across my Utube ads while on the app. I don't want anyone else to order from them again. By the way, they never sent over the order acknowledgement, even though I asked for it AND provided proof of payment on my end.
