I ordered a lamp from this company and was given a fake tracking number after I contacted them. The tracking number says delivered, and the email says they use USPS. The tracking number, however, is not a USPS tracking number or any major mail carrier. Have not received a refund.

I ordered a lamp from this company and it was never delivered. After contacting them, they told me to check with my neighbors and the local post office. The tracking number wasn’t even recognized by the post office! The company told me “ not to worry” it would probably show up! I told them I believe they had just scammed me and I was going to report them. They sent me another email saying they checked with the shipping company and my package got lost…. So they could give me a 20% refund. What a joke! I paid 53.00 and they want to give me $10.60!!!?????? This company is from Hong Kong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
