The person above is correct. Do not utter the word "yes" to these f-ers or you will have agreed to something you did not agree to!
I think these people need to be annally violated by large, smelly, aids infected, well hung Nigerians with foot long schlongs! Then pour hot oil into their gaping rectums, while smashing their nuts in a bench vice. Turn handle slowly for best results.

I received a phone call from this number. The caller said, “Is this ______?” I was caught off guard and unable to see the caller ID and answered “yes.” The caller then said they were inquiring about property on ________ Street (my street). I said “What about it?” and they hung up.

When I answer the phone the person tells me I have not updated my information for Google (or Yahoo or Bing) and I am missing the opportunity to be on the front page of the search. It prompted me to push 9 to be put on the do not call list. I did this and now I get calls from all over the country at least twice a day.

Asked for me by name i said yes it was me. They hung up right afterward. I saw a news article afterward where companies are calling getting people to say yes and using that against them saying they agreed to purchase products that's why I'm reporting this.
