I Got a call from a salesman at Ring Planet saying phone companies were doing away with copper lines and my landline service would eventually not work and they had a box to send me that was wireless replacing my current landline service. I got the box and after searching for reviews decided not to go with their company and my current company didnt know anything about losing service. I called the salesman back and told him I didnt want their service or the box and how do I need to get the box back to them. He was very rude and said it was too late and whether I plugged my phone into the box or not my service would be interrupted until I did. so I called customer service and they said they would call me back after I told them I didnt want the box or the ring planet service. I called 3 times they never called me back. Dont use Ring Planet!!!!
