I purchased a glass art frame for my friend’s dog from this company. I should have trusted the bad reviews I saw before doing so because it has been almost 8 weeks and I have received nothing. They sent me an email claiming that the order was shipped and when I reached out to the shipper, they informed me that they have not received the item. The company has been ignoring my emails as well. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They need to be investigated for fraud as so many others have stated.

I bought a portrait of my dogs that was labeled and described to be glass pieces that are 3D and poke out of the picture. What I received was a FLAT PRINT that just looks like glass pieces!!! I could’ve done that myself for way less than $200 and there’s no way to return it or get my money back! I honestly hate it as the background is not even as it was pictured, and the dogs were supposed to reach the bottom of the photo and look like they were coming out of the frame. The one I received just cuts off their bodies and it looks terrible. I truly wish I could return it for my money back since I will be taking this off my wall.
