I worked with Victor Levar to set up a 403b, he supposedly set me up through National Life. He was recommending I send $400-500 a month. Now my policy is no where to be found and I have no way to contact him.

First of all, all my clients get hold of me very easily like you did 11th of January 2025 and even though I am retired, I called you and told you all you need to do just call National Life at 800-906-3310 like everybody else are doing and they would have told you.
By the way, your payroll department and third party administrators Tax Deferred Solutions have all your information, thats why district hire them to keep all the records.
So, you don't even need to call the company, you have that information right in your district.
You owe me an apology.

"VICTOR" SCHEDULED 2 APPOINTMENTS WITH A PEER OF MINE AND BOTH WERE CANCELLED BY VICTOR. I LOOKED INTO IT A BIT MORE AND HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DISCUSS TEACHER PENSIONS AND "HE" IS FAKE. OBVOUISLY FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY JUST BASED ON THE GRAMMER USED. LOOK ABOVE AT ALL OF THE GRAMMER MISTAKES. IM GUESS ING THE NEXT QUESTION WAS FOR THE SS# WHICH THANK GOD WAS NOT GIVEN TO HIM

I have been in the insurance business for 48 years without a single complaint.
Because of the information I received, they mayn't qualify for 403b

I work at a school and was working at my computer when I got a very appealing email giving personalized retirement advise. I was asked a few questions with some personal info including my date of birth and current salary and then asked to sign up for a time to meet for a consultation. I was not asked for my SSN so initially I wasn't worried. But then after the fact and I had already signed up I looked at the whole email and realized it was a scam. There were several typos and it just did not look legit. I told my school about it and we agreed it was a phishing scam. I think a few other teachers had a similar experience. The person "Victor G LeCar" continued to text me to remind me of the meeting.

Somebody I never had an appointment with accuses me in a scam when everything is 100% legit. Massage send to public school employees offers to do projections of their retirement income and help to understand supplemental retirement programs sponsored by the district and that is exactly what I do! And the only companies I recommend are approved by that district and nobody gives money to nobody everything is handled by the district payroll department and requires the approval of the district 3rd party administrators. So, where is a scam? When somebody applies for an insurance policy they must give their name to an insurance company or how the company will identify whose saving is it. Somebody who is hiding his name is trying to hurt the honest reputation that I earned in 41 years of being approved in the state of California with zero complaints I would like to know that person's real name. I have a right to take legal action for hurting my reputation.
