This website is stealing content from influencers promoting shirts from other companies and passing it off as these influencers promoting the scam business (how I fell for the scam). I ordered shirts like the pictures and the quality was extremely horrible. I emailed to get a refund and they told me to keep the items and they would only give me 25% of my money back (which they said was generous already), or I could pay to ship it back and that it would be a lengthy process to get a refund. I feel like they sent me horrible products on purpose to steal 75% of my money and the shipping money. I need help getting my money back, reporting the company for stealing my money and information, using influencer content without permission, and to report this business. Many people are having similar issues!

The product is all poor quality. I’ve been trying to contact them via the customer service email since Monday October 14th through my personal email and through the email link on their website. I’ve not gotten a response, though they promise a prompt and thoughtful response to all concerns and questions. They also said the only way to get a refund and make a return is by emailing them so they can provide a return label. I can’t get a refund/return for the awful-quality printed shirts until they respond, and the return window is closing soon. I am worried I will not get my almost $60 back and feel as though I was scammed. I have not checked my credit card yet.

I ordered 4 t-shirts from teacherabc.com on Sept 22, 2024. I have been tracking my order and it has not left a USPS partner site in KS, MO for 11 days. I have attempted to contact teacherabc.com 5 times via email giving them my order number and email used to purchase said items. I have not received any responses. There is no phone number on teacherabc.com to use to contact them via phone. I have attempted to use their online chat, I received 1 response giving me the tracking number I already have that has been used to track my order. I have now requested a refund.
