I completed a survey in February. I have not received any payment, I remember that I did another one prior to that and didn't get paid either. I will be sure to spread the word that this company is just scamming people

Im a head microbiologyst in spain, i completed a survey three months ago and they dont send me the Amazon check.
I contacted with the person who offered me the survey and not only she doesnt respond my complaints, but she writen to offer me new surveys.

This is an extremely shady company.

I completed numerous surveys on the physician end for amazon gift cards. The amazon gift cards were never emailed to me. I contacted the company who eventually sent me the gift card codes. I find out that most of the codes were already redeemed on amazon. I contact TDG and then they gas light me over the next two months, even accusing me of cashing the codes myself when I sent screen shots from amazon showing that they were redeemed on another account. Ultimately they refused to compensate me.

It’s no surprise that other medical providers have been going through the same thing.

Stay away!

Regarding your Amazon gift cards, please note that we conduct thorough investigations into any issues related to redeemed codes. The redemption links are sent directly to the email address registered on your account, ensuring that only you have the initial access to them. If, upon our investigation, we confirm that the links were sent to the correct email address, then we can only conclude that you are the individual who redeemed the codes, and therefore, we are unable to issue new codes.

If our investigation proves that the codes were sent to a different recipient, then we can issue new codes for you. Rest assured that you will be compensated for successfully completing a survey.

Have never had a problem receiving honoraria from any other company. TDG has never paid for any surveys I have done. You try to email this 'Vanessa' and the emails bounce. Half the time the website doesn't even work. I suspect they are being sub-contracted to do surveys from other companies and are just keeping everything they get paid rather than passing the honoraria along. Don't waste your time with these scam artists.

hello I took the Survey on Herpes Zoster Shingles on 3/31 I have not been paid my $65 Amazon gift card. I am seeking to get paid as soon as possible. This has been a very frustrating experience. I cannot get ahold of Vanessa and the other Email does not work. I expect resolution

You are not alone - TDG health seems to employ some very underhanded tactics in order to avoid paying survey participants and thus generate the most profit for themselves!

It also seems to be a company of one person - Vanessa Portier - who can be reached at her actual e-mail address: [email protected] (note this is ever so slightly different from the addresses in your invite or on their website which is probably another tactic). If you e-mail her at this address enough times and don't give up she WILL reply.

If you want a faster response consider generating and sending an invoice for the due honorarium (Paypal and Revolut are good for making these) since the invoice makes it a legally enforceable debt and they can't ignore that!

Also file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau - https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/profile/market-survey/tdg-health-0121-8715484... - There are over 20 on here already and based on the replies this does seem to work for getting them to send your payment!

This is the worse company I worked with. I get emails everyday from persons with different names from company. I asked multiple time to stop sending email and unsubscribe myself but still getting email. THIS IS A CLASSIC EXAPMLES OF INFRINGING MY PRIVACY- TOTAL HARRASSMENT. NY State attorney general should investigate this company and take proper legal action including but limited to fines and jail time for company leadership and responsible person.

Apologies for all the hassle. I understand that our CEO called you apologized and assured you that you're account was unsubscribed. There were real delays in our incentives, but rest assured that we are a legit company and that everyone who participated and completed our surveys get paid.

Agreed. I completed a survey months ago with no compensation. They keep telling me to check back in two weeks. This company is a complete fraud. If you get emails about engaging in a consulting arrangement or completing a survey from this company, don’t waste your time. You will not get paid.

I completed a survey and never received an incentive. It took me an hour to complete the survey and then it closed just as I finished and I was locked out. Therefore I was unable to get a confirmation of finishing the survey nor could I enter my contact info. I tried emailing two different people at the company - no answer. I also tried making a profile on their website but it did not work.

If I can recall, I emailed you twice asking for your NPI number so I can further research your incentive profile. Please respond to one of my emails and I will be happy to resolve this for you. I also gave you my contact details, please reach out to me directly.

I was reached out to by TDG regarding healthcare surveys. I originally received honorarium for first few surveys. I now am owed honorarium from the last few surveys I have completed and they will not return my emails.

As detailed above by so many other doctors, this company is up to no good. They falsely advertise that doctors and other healthcare professionals will be paid for medically-related surveys, but they use these surveys to glean other data (which they are likely selling to other interested parties) and they do NOT pay the promised honorariums. So incredibly sleazy - multiple outreach attempts garner no results. I am in the process of discussing this with some of my attorney colleagues to explore ways to shut them down. I received your email in my Inbox and I'm already working to resolve this. You should hear back from me the end of the day.

I have completed several surveys and never received communication regarding my compensation. After reaching out to Vanessa I finally received few but she never forwards the compensation on her own after the survey has been closed for several weeks.

I have reached to her 3 times regarding missing compensation but as of today she never replied to any of my emails. This is turning out to be a scam. I hope she takes care of her clients. It’s definitely not good business.

We get lots of emails everyday and try to answer them all ASAP but have to agree that there are still a lot of backlogs.

Some surveys take a while to close as clients have different quotas. The incentives are not awarded to participants until this process is completed, thus causing the delay in your compensation.

TDG Health targets health care providers by sending them a text with instructions to participate in paid surveys. The surveys are extensive and gauges information about your respective field. However, despite receiving confirmation of completion, eligibility, and promise to deliver your compensation (usually in the form of an Amazon gift card), they will NOT send it to you. Repeated contact is useless, as their "website" is riddled with pop ups and is poorly construed as a guise for being a "real" company when it is not. Reaching out to their sole provided email ([email protected]) also yields no response. This "company" is a complete scam and will release your contact information to other, spam companies.

I am a physician and received a request to fill out a survey "Paid study on Sourcing and SelectingSoftware or Services Solutions" in June of 2022. The survey was sent to me by Vanessa Porter of TDG Health. I completed the study which took approximately 30 minutes of my time. At the end when I finished the study, it cut me off before I was able to put in any information for the honorarium. I attempted to reach Vanessa Porter without success via phone[unable to find a phone number], LinkedIn, tried to look up any information concerning TDG without success. Eventually an email was sent to me by Vanessa Porter on 7/1/2022 stating that I would be notified by email when the honorarium would be sent. To this day I have not received any communication concerning my payment. I have emailed on two separate occasions requesting an answer and no response. I believe this is a scam. The survey appeared to be legitimate in its questions. I am requesting the $70 honorarium for my time spent of doing this survey from TDG or this person Vanessa Porter.

I can forward the emails showing I completed the study, and the email from Vanessa Porter concerning future payment for my doing the study. Thank you.
