I received a phone call that sounded automated from "Ophelia Grant" from the Priority Account Review Department at the Tax Resolution and Assistance Office.

Voicemail was left stating, "I'm reaching out as reviews are being finalized and your file still shows items that require confirmation. To make this simple we provide a direct proprietary verification line with no wait, allowing you to receive clear answers immediately. This verification confirms your current status and identifies any resolution options that may be available once the review is complete."

She then lists a different number to call back (712-247-3424)

I got another call from "Ariel Whitcomb" from phone number (855-527-1980) same message different call back number (888-551-4913)
