Investment Scam

The scam is the trading website taurex1vvip.com. This website has you send crypto currency (USDC or USDT) to your account to make trades. You make trades on there like a normal trading platform. However, when you try to withdraw money from the account, they freeze and lock you out of your account. Their online Customer Service will then direct you to their Customer Service number: 1-226-833-0946 on Whatsapp to resolve your issue. The customer service will say "your account has been frozen because it has violated SEC terms. If you wish to unlock your account, please pay a 10% deposit of the amount that is available on your account" At the time of withdrawal, I made trades that grow my initial investment from $270,000 to $4.5M. They wanted me to pay a 10% of the $4.5M so they can unfreeze my account so I can withdraw my money. They said I needed to pay the 10% deposit within a certain time otherwise I will incur a 1% penalty everyday thereafter. They also said that the 10% deposit I paid ($450,000) would end up going back into my account. The deposit was to prove that I was not money laundering.
I've asked Taurex1vvip customer service for their terms and conditions, they sent me TradeTaurex.com's terms and conditions. They are NOT the same company. I did not send anymore money to the platform or to the "customer service" representative after that.

Did you end up paying the 10% fee or are you still using it to trade? I have been able to transfer funds between coinbase and back but it might be because the amount is very little (
