I received an e-mail showing a Ninja Dual Brew Pro-saying it was a Loyalty Program for FREE: It said that I could win the coffee maker for completing a survey, which I did. The questions were all about how often I shopped at the target store, had a shopped there in the past three months, was the store clean, etc. Then it said I HAD WON for completing the survey but I would have to pay $8.95 for shipping. I then completed the information giving all my credit card information and was given an order # 4862985 and stated Congratulations.... but when I gave my information I gave my cell phone number, however, when they sent the confirmation order information the phone number had been changed to my home phone number which I use when I go to their store a mile from me. Then it said I needed to either call their phone (844)907-9376 or Target Surprise e-mail to confirm my order. I chose to call their phone number. A person answered that sounded like he was from another country because I had a hard time understanding him. After he took the order number he proceeded to state that I had paid $8.95 for the CHANCE TO WIN THE Ninja Dual Brew Pro whereas I had already received the confirmation that I had won, not that it was a chance to win. The person I spoke to said his name was Diego and gave me a confirmation #4862985 that he had cancelled the order and said he would refund the $8.95. Since I reported this right away I don't know if that has been done yet so I don't know if I was scammed for the $8.95 or not but I am anxious about giving my credit card information on the e-mail. The person answering the phone already had the information. I asked the person who he worked for and was given something about them taking care of orders from different companies and he could not say which companies he was dealing with. I asked "do you work for Target stores" and he said "no". He also stated I'd receive a confirmation e-mail but I wrote this immediately while I still had the information at hand, therefore, have not checked the e-mail as yet. I'll do that now and see if I can get back to this description.

The scammer appears to be phishing for information to get access to an account or credit card using Paypal and Target as their means of getting you to call or respond to them. Upon checking my accounts, this activity does not appear there and tipped me to consider it a scam.
