Report

I ordered a TAO Toothbrush and waited a month to receive it. I received it on September 28, 2026, and it did not contain the charger. I paid about $90 dollars for the toothbrush, but the charger was not included. I have been trying to send emails and contact by phone, but it is only a recording telling you to send an email to customer support, but no response and the system hangs the line up on you once the recording has ended. Please advise.

I researched them the company on the web and both numbers are just recordings. Telephone numbers: 844-826-4040 and 973-244-0300

Please help. My email is: ************************* *** ** ***** ****** ** ************
