After the purchase was made from a company that was supposedly based in the US, it showed it was shipping from Hong Kong. After two weeks a tracking number was provided with detailed updates. When it showed it was delivered there was no package in the mailbox. After contacting the post office I was informed that the company shipped the box to an unknown location in my town with a damaged label. The mail carrier said he remembered the package being weird and had to manually enter tracking number. Come to find the sent an empty package to an email unknown location to show it was shipped and delivered all along never sending the item. I attempt to contact the company and it took multiple days to respond stating it was delivered.

I purchased an item from tactichelmet.com. using my bank card. Daye of purchase was 15feb2024. To this date i have not received the item. I have tried calling the company and received no answers to my calls. I have emailed them twice and again received no answer. I did som research on tactichelmet and found out it was indeed a scam.
