I purchased a tactical product, supposedly for only what the shipping cost is which was 9.95. Then the merchant charged me 4.99 which was an undisclosed, never agreed upon charge that was not even included in the receipt they sent me. Then they refunded the 9.95 charge and kept the 4.99. This is a scam and also fraud. When you look up the address its some random drycleaner business.
