When placing an order and paying with a credit card, your order cannot be executed. The reason given is that the card issuer does not allow payments to be made to an online gun store. The proposal to solve this is to ask for payment using either Zelle or Bitcoin.
I choose Zelle. They provided me with an email address of a person to whom the payment should be made. In my case, the person was Felicia Jamerson, [email protected]. Two payments were made—one for $1 to confirm that the details were correct. The second payment was $229. This then covered the total purchase price of the shotgun.
They use a chat option offered by tidio.com. I must assume that records of chats are recorded and archived.
I have reached out to Tidio.com to inform them of the fraud being perpetrated by Tactical Gun Store Online.
The 4242488632 phone number from which I was contacted. First by text. Later, I received a call from the same number. The caller indicated that I was sent a code. This code had to be provided to release and complete the purchase. I did not see a code at that stage, but they sent it again. They sent me an email address. I also gave them a different email address to communicate with me. After I sent them a test email, I received the following email.

I have asked for my money back. No reply.
I have a lengthy thread of my interaction via text with this Tactical Gun Store Online person. Phone number indicated earlier.
I am reporting this situation to you with the hope that firstly you will investigate this entity, secondly, warn others of their fraud, and thirdly, pursue them and bring them to justice
