Impostor caller posing as T-Mobile with fake promotions

Caller knew I was with T-Mobile for a long time, as a thank you Kevin stated I would receive a 30 percent discount for the next two years. Then proceeded to tell me I would receive a free samsung26 ultra free of charge. He directed me to open my Tlife app at which point I recognized this was a scam and told him I didn't have time today for that. He then directed me to call his direct line of 4045901173.

After ending the call I directly called t Mobile to verify, at which point they confirmed they were not offering any such promotions. I shared the scammers contact info with the T-Mobile representative.

I lost my credit card, a person bought with it in this store and it wasn't me, I don't have a phone with this company, I would like them to help me, report to Bank of America and they don't help me, I don't know the reason, it says that because I didn't report at the same time, I didn't realize it at the same time, because I have many credit cards, it was impossible to see exactly the day and time.

Hello my phone company appeared to text me about an item on my acct, as I was reading what clearly said from t-mobile, to see what it was hit a button then notice 2 payments taken off my card for 119.98, and 39.97 they Claim when I called to be a sweepstakes entry and even tho I didn’t under or mean to push whatever activated it… stated I couldn’t have my money back and all they where willing to give was a total of 25% of both charges together call bbb they can’t locate them there a scam using T-Mobile and sweepstakes beware
