Same as the other reviews. Tim Soto needed $2000 for a $5000 parking lot repair. For materials. After receiving my $2000 he left. He answered my calls for a few days with excuses. Then nothing. You can not give people money up front. I won’t ever again

Timothy Soto bid took a check from me and did not render services. He claimed he went to jail, was waiting on a call back from the plant he was getting material from, he was waiting on his nephew to bring him a trailer and the next day said he had to make a trip out of state to get the trailer because his nephew broke down. there were countless times he was "going to be there that day". I hope other people read these reviews. He also does work for churches and banks here in Ada Oklahoma. He even has his wife call you to start the deal her name is Jesse Chambers - Soto and she contacted me thru Facebook messenger after I made a post looking for help.

Long term scammers

We were ripped off by this company the exact same way I've seen other reviews, here and on other websites. If anyone else has any contact information or locations of the owner and workers of this business, please reply to this complaint with any info. Any info can help, especially any addresses, names, type of car driven upon meeting, etc..

Timothy Soto contacted us regarding the parking lot for our business. He stated that he's performing work in the area and was trying to get multiple jobs while in the area. He offered a quote of $1,000 to clean our parking lot, seal coat, and re-stripe it. As part of the contract he needed a 30% down payment to purchase the supplies. Once I paid him the down payment I was able to get hold of him for a few days afterwards until complete silence. The few times I was able to contact Tim he made excuses such as waiting in line to get the equipment needed at the Tulsa, OK plant. Since then I've attempted to call/text him multiple times each day with no answer or response.
