Email looks legitimate from T mobile. The request is to complete a survey and be rewarded. Pay for shipping only. The oldest trick on email and I fell for it

- San Francisco, CA, USA

filled out a survey. paid $5 for shipping to receive free watch.

billed $138 for watch. tried to return to no avail. when questioned they sent photos military items they also had tracking numbers that it was sent to my address which never happened very scary happened multiple times

Today, February 2, 2023, received an email from Ace Hardware to take a survey and purchase a drill for $6.00. Once I submitted the drill kit I was charged $9.96 and $58.89. I called the number and was told this was a contest if I was a winner then the cost would be $6.00. But I was to continue paying for the drill at $58.89 payments until paid in full. This information was not disclosed in any fashion. I asked to cancel this scam transaction and return my funds to my checking account. I got a complete runaround and it was not resolved.

I refilled my meds and picked up a few other items in Walgreens. I used my phone # & email for the rewards program. So the next day I got an email address from Walgreens stating, "you recently shopped at Walmart using your rewards and we would like for you to fill out this survey". The survey also says you will qualify for a free gift but you have to pay for shipping. I selected a watch with the 10 shipping fee. I see that a company called Firstclassin is who deducts the 10. 3 days later they started trying to deduct different amounts but my card was locked. They have even tried using another named, better thread, to deduct money from my account but I keep my card locked. I reported it to the bank so their transactions are blocked in the event I forget to lock my card.

I received a survey that appeared to be from Costco. You fill out the survey and are to choose from a list of items as a free gift, you pay s/h only. I ordered the CBD oil ( Inner tranquil) and not following the site, I inadvertently purchased two more products. I called the customer number after to remove them two items, which they did. At that time she informed me this was a subscription that I would be charged for in 14 days. I was surprised and meant to call. I forgot and sure enough, a $93 charge came on day 14 of when the purchase was made. At first they would do no refunds, only a discount on further purchases. After many calls to figure out who sold the product, customer service offered me a 30% refund, that I have yet to receive. They showed me the website that clearly states the subscription price, this was not what I was presented with. Going back, I found the files and they were still offering the survey but with a different brand of CBD oil. Same thing, no indication of any charge. I called Costco who recognized that the e-mail address it was from was not there's and that it was a scam. Now they are calling it Pure SX CBD oil.

- Saint Louis, MO, USA

I received a check in the mail and was instructed to go to Walmart to purchase 1600.00 in various gift cards. Once the mission was completed , I was instructed to contact them by email to report my Mystery Shopping .

I got a call asking me did I want to complete a survey. Not sure of the nature, I said why not(not no or yes answer). Person(woman) hung up. I called the number back twice, no answer. Sent a text to the number saying good luck...they are going to get turned down for stuff every time because my credit is so bad they won't qualify for a loan for penny candy.??????

Calles re one question survey on recorded line. Ask to record if you Approve of Trump. They they ask yes or no question if you are willing to answer a survey in future. Net, they could be trying to record the words approve and yes for fraudulent use.

- Plainville, CT, USA

Received a call from +18609565056 and was asked a political question. I answered Yes and the caller hung up.

- Melbourne, FL, USA

- Southaven, MS, USA

called and asked can you hear me, then hung up

- Wimberley, TX, USA

This is a website that has people fill out surveys with the promise of payouts once you reach $700 worth of completed surveys. I reached over $900 and asked to be paid out several times. The money was never sent and after I emailed them stating that I had not been paid and asking what the problem was, my account was deleted.
