I received an email as a government technology vendor requesting a specific Lenovo laptop. Went through the quote process, received approval and ordered the laptops. Shipping address was in New York even though the agency was DC based. After the first set of laptops were delivered a second shipment was requested with payment promised for both on NET 30 terms. I eventually sent 3 orders to different addresses.
