I have tried contacting the seller multiple times and get an answer from "Mary" explaining how I need to wait more time. Then I get a reply stating the product had been delivered. Of course this was not true. Then "Mary" said that I needed to check with my neighbors to see if they had accepted the product which was just another ploy. Then I asked for a refund and "she" said they could only refund 60%. Then "she" suggested I re-apply and they would get the ball rolling. I agreed with skepticism.

After more emails inquiring the status of my order, I get a message to enter tracking information by going to "https://16track.info" which I did. This is what I received.

"2022-07-13 16:20:02. Your order will be delivered to the warehouse, and it is ready for delivery"..

Notice the year date of 2022. All these communications have been in 2023.

So, I have been scammed!
