I went onto the Pheromonal.com website and ordered some frangrances and lip gloss. I paid in full with my credit card. I was sent confirmation of the order and after over a month was told it was had shipped and was given a tracking number. I tried to track the order on several different occasions, and there was nothing there. I emailed support and they tried to reassure me that it was on its way. I ordered in November 2024. I still have not received anything from them and now their web site is completely gone.
