Type of a scam Online Purchase
I followed all of their measuring instructions. I actually measured three times because I wanted to be sure.
When I finally received the bras, after a month of waiting, they were two times too big.
I contacted Maureenedd for a refund and they gave me two options: 1) keep them and get half my money back. 2) me pay to have them returned and get a full refund.
I chose option 2.
Then I get an email with the return address (not a return label) to china. I looked up how much this would cost to return to their address and the cheapest was $30. and upwards to $60.
The return address on the package was was from California, so I asked why I couldn’t send it there. I was informed I would get no refund if it was sent to that address.
I felt I had no other option but to take the first option they gave me.
I feel that they send the wrong size knowing women will do the same thing I did. it’s a win win for them.
I was never offered the option to exchange for the correct size.
I never asked for an exchange, because I felt they would probably send they wrong size again.
