We purchased a lockgripo anti theft device for my son’s vehicle. Yes it did arrive, it was advertised to fit almost any vehicle. Neither my son’s Mercedes nor my own Honda Jazz. Advertised assistance 24/7 untrue no telephone number and the address given was a mail address used by 22 other companies. My request was for a return address to return my unused product and get a refund.prior to the product arriving I had E mailed the company asking where their product was someone called MellisaD replied. Since then using that E mail address I have contacted them no less than 11times and been given several ticket numbers whatever they mean. Still no address for return nor anything about a refund. On the top of the packaging is the name CQ legend with a parts number. I believe this to be a scam which cost £49 GBP and the company selling sub standard equipment. Should you need to contact me my home telephone number is 01474 350211 in Uk. To old to get on with mobile phones.

Item was not the proper size. I attempted to return it but the contact number is a recording. You are instructed to leave your name & information and they will return your call. No calls are ever made. Also a support email/website is recommended, but no response from those contacts either. Once they redeive payment you will never hear from them regardless if satisfied or not. My item that i received was incorrect and i am unable to replace or return it for a refund. It seems that this is a bogus contact number and email.
