I placed an order and was told it would take a long time to receive my order due to the size of the company and demand of the product. After contacting them on IG and messaging back and forth with them, and them promising the order was on the way, I never received it. Because it was more than 6 months, I couldn't get my money back from the bank which is why I think they strung me along.
