I ordered a product advertised as 2 for $79 with free shipping and $4.00 in taxes, according to the confirmation. However, they charged my account $100.78! When the product arrived, it was extremely cheap and not worth the money, so I requested a refund and a return label.

They gave me multiple excuses about why they didn’t want the product returned and offered me $8 USD to keep it. Despite sending many emails requesting a full refund and a return label, they eventually refunded me only $16.80 USD and claimed the extra charge was due to a system error. They never responded to my actual request for a full refund and return instructions.
