On April 23, 2025 a Panama hat "made completely from toquilla straw, and with a 2 1/8 in. brim was ordered under order #219313 from Balma Home. On May 2, 2025 a hat was received which had only a 1 1/2 in. wide brim, and made of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. I immediately (within an hour of receiving the incorrect hat) contacted [email protected] describing the details of the hat ordered, comparing it to the details of the hat received, and asked for Balma Home to inform me they were shipping the correct replacement hat or if they were simply refunding the $24.96 charged to my credit card. Also asked for instructions on how to return the incorrect hat. Balma Home promptly acknowledged that they had received my message and that they would reply within 24 business hours. Despite several subsequent written messages, as well as a telephone call to their Customer Service number (only states to leave a message) no information containing a solution has been received.
