I reached out and purchased two anti swelling obsidian ankle bracelets on May 28, 2021. They charged me right away. I received an email on June 2nd saying my order was on the way. With tracking information but no site information to track it on. It also populated on my shop app but it showed no movement. Finally on June 28th I send them an email asking about my purchase. As soon as I sent the email my shop app populated with tracking info stating my package was delivered by USPS on June 11th. I then sent them another email telling them I had not received my merchandise. They send me tracking info and a link to track the package. It states the same thing that my package was delivered. I email them again telling them I had not received the merchandise. They tell me to check with my post office and my neighbors. My post office stated they had four individuals working the route that week and did not know. I relay this information through snail again to Sunny Fxxy and they tell me that they are not guaranteed to get my package to me when I order from them as it says it was delivered they are done with the exchange. I have reached out to my credit card to dispute and I am awaiting their response. The sad part is that they are probably doing this to many others. When the charge shows up on your statement it is under Rainbowpick. I just wanted my merchandise or a refund of only $26.95. I told them I would be reporting them to the better business bureau and here I am.
