I made a purchase online from summerlabelshop (website: summerlabels.com) following a link through this company's Instagram page. I paid $33 for a pair of shoes on August 5th, 2023 that were supposed to be delivered in 7-15 business days. I made several attempts to contact the company since the shoes were never received, and it looked like the label they generated for the order was incorrect. I got a suspicious text message from an unknown Gmail account that told me to follow a link to a sohooffice.shop website because there was invalid information on file and my package could not be delivered. I figured it could be the summerlabelshop company finally trying to reach out to me. However, that website looked like a fake USPS website page and was attempting to make me pay to correct the allegedly incorrect information. I have sent four emails to this company, and a direct message on Instagram, none of which have been answered once.
