I ordered a pillow from AirwayTechnology.com that claimed to help with sleep apnea. I ordered this on December 5th. I have never received it. I have contacted them numerous times, each time they gave a different excuse , but claimed it would be arriving within 10 days. Over and over. I have given them every chance-to no avail. They always answer with a promise, but never resolve.

Ordered online from AirwayTechnology.com back in December and never received my product. Emailed them at [email protected] multiple times and was told it’s delayed but it still has not arrived. I lost $68.

I ordered an 'Airway Pro Pillow' from AirwayTechnology.com marketed for improved sleep for those with sleep apnea on 12.24.25. Credit card charged 68.98. I contacted the company on 01.06.26 about a shipping date. On 01.09.26 they responded that USPS was experiencing major delays. I contacted the company again on 01.18.26 asking for a refund. Received a 10.35 refund on 01.24.26 with the promise of expedited shipping. As of 04.03.26, I have not received the pillow or a full refund, and I'm out $58.63. The company no longer responds to email.

I placed an order on 1/4/26 after seeing what I now know was a social media scam. As of 3/12, I have not received any merchandise or tracking number. I’ve been told via email that this package was on its way for a month and a half. All email responses from Airway Technology have told me it’s delayed due to USPS issues, also will not provide a USPS tracking number after multiple requests. This company has a legitimate looking website, email, reviews, etc. It is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

Pillows ordered from AirwayTechnology.com on 12-29-2025-never received and won't answer phone. Email is sometimes answered and they say package in transit?Told them to refund but nothing. I lost $71.99.

On 12-20-25 I purchased an Airway Pro Pillow from AirwayTechnology.com, received confirmation and my credit card was charged $59.59. On 1-5-26 I sent email asking when I would get my pillow, they responded with I should get by the third week of January. On 2-7-26 pillow not yet received, I sent another email their response was they could give me a partial refund I responded back with I want my order canceled and get a full refund. It is now 3-8-26 and no response from the seller. I should have looked on the ScamPulse.com at other complaints filed beforehand. This scam company still sends me email offers, I didn't block them yet thinking they may send me a refund or the item I ordered. lol

I placed an order with AirwayTechnology.com on 12/17/25. I have emailed numerous times to [email protected], and responses came from bots. I reported it to PayPal. The bots claimed the item was shipped, without evidence. I received nothing and lost $68.98.
